I am a self-motivated professional with over more than ten years of experience of Supporting Special Needs students. Amongst proven successful experiences of working with special needs Students including current job at Jack Tizard School as TA for PLMD students, also my recent role as an ABA tutor for Autistics students. I also had an opportunity to work and support post 19 year SEND Students in Hammersmith College London. As my roles with SEN departments in various Secondary schools including Sion Manning School, I had an opportunity to work with an array of SEN students whose behaviour and disaffection has significant impact upon their attainments, during this role I play a part in implementing and delivered to these students a 10 weeks behaviour programme with CBT Therapy elements in group and in a one to one basis. In other former schools I had opportunities to work as Maths, Science and whole class TA working with SEN, EAL and GT students in groups or on one to one basis. I am also a multi-lingual and multicultural individual speaking more than three languages
