I have experience as a Nanny for a 5 year old non verbal child with Autism. In this role I assisted him with tailored communication and learning, provided all care including personal care, and most importantly provided friendship and entertaining. For the last 2 years I have also been a personal assistant for a variety of adults with additional needs such as Autism, Schizophrenia and blindness. In this time I mostly provide companionship and days out to support them and their families, and help with any tasks needed in their home. I have also been a live in Personal Assistant (2 days a week) for a year. This was with a lady with Multiple Sclerosis and other health conditions in a wheelchair. In my time here I took care of all aspects of care such as dressing, medicine administration, personal care, cooking, housework, dog walking and companionship. I am also experienced with supra public catheter care.
