About Ade

26 years old Speaks English Sign Language ASL
I am a voluntary Support Worker for young people who I support emotionally and for social development. I perform general administrative tasks, such as taking attendance, paperwork and making phone calls. I care for children in institutional setting, such as infant’s nursery, primary and secondary schools, or schools for the challenged. I also communicate with parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviours, and related issues. I have also worked at Addington Valley Academy as a SEN Teaching Assistant/Teacher. I help support and care for the students. Prioritizing their safety, wellbeing and education. I assist in teaching and making lesson plans for the day whilst also supporting and contributing in other classes if need be. I’m well trained in aiding and making sure each child feels a sense of independence. Knowing that they have a choice. That’s their emotional, social and physical needs are met and that they are not being neglected but are cared for.
