My experience caring for people with special needs is both personal and work related as I helped care for my mums friend with multiple sclerosis and for a friend with cystic fibrosis for some years before relocated to the UK. I have worked with people with specials needs(adults and elderly people)for two years and the most important lesson I've learnt is that no two days are the same because care experience is seen from the client's and family's point of view and as long as you do that with an open mind and the right reason, you won't lose focus.
