Hi, my name is Abbie. I currently am working as a Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream college local to me. I work with a range of people with health, mental health and learning difficulties. I have been doing this for almost 3 years and I love it. I would love to expand and help individuals and there family's mostly at the weekends as I work full time throughout the week. I have alot of experience working around people with EHCP plans and know how to support students and provide the care they may need. I know how to navigate an EHCP and have attended annual reviews in my current job. I have lots of interests which can be great when forming a trusting relationship with an individual.
