I have professional special needs experience in a children’s special needs primary school. I would frequently deal with challenging behaviour as many of the children have emotional, behavioural and mental illnesses. I would often work with children that had disabilities such as ADHD, Autism and PDA. I have two years of work experience working with children ages 0-5 at a nursery as a level 3 practitioner. Where I would plan and carry out activities with the children, prepare and serve the food. I am carer for two of my family members that have many disabilities including Epilepsy, dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder. They live with me and I have been a young carer for over five years. In a day to day basis I will help them get out of bed, help prepare meals, go shopping, school runs and give general support and advice.
