I have grown up with cats since I was born and I love being around them. My parents had two kittens a few years before I was born and in my early 20’s I had my own cat when I was living in the US for five years and she now lives with my best friend in New York. I plan to adopt a black cat soon as I think it’s terrible they don’t get adopted due to the stigma around them bringing “bad luck”. Most of my close family members also have cats which I have always gotten along with and love. I have even befriended a few of my neighborhood cats.
