I am 60 years old, I have owned a variety of pets over a number of years. I had a dog from a puppy who was my world from the moment I took her home. she was a Labrador x, small in size but totally adorable, she loved nothing more than being on my lap or snuggled up to me when we were home. some years later I met a friend who had a chinchilla, very intriguing characters, I bought 2 of my own, one turned out to be pregnant, she had two babies, one of each, the female sadly died age nearly 19! I also had 2 cats, one semi long haired tabby, and one short haired tortoiseshell, I love all animals. because i live in a flat that doesn't allow pets I currently don't own any, but miss having their unique company. i have an NVQ level 2 & 3 in pet care, which include basic first aid and an NVQ in dog walking and pet sitting. I am also qualified in animal welfare and behaviour, so have a good understanding of dogs and cats I also have an enhanced DBS certificate. I am happy to take on additional small tasks if needed.
