I work full time in NHS health care so am used to dealing with people/patients samples of patients, I am therefore not a squeamish person and of a friendly approach. I have a genuine love of animals (my mother grew up on a mixed farm in Ireland, it's in the blood :-)) I have a 2 year old cross collie/lab whom we rescued from Romania when he was 6 months old. Initially he was quite aggressive and subdued, but with time, love, care and training he is no longer the dog he was and is a friendly, loving fella. I am married with 2 children aged 7 and 12 and we all adore pets (cats and dogs especially) I often have my sisters 2 dogs staying in my house for up to a 2 weeks while she is away, a border collie and a shiatsu. We have a regular big open space I take the dogs for their walks and also nearby parks. I have just completed a course in vet care which covers first aid, diet, disease and signs to look for in sick animals (dogs in particular) I am therefore endorsed under the ABC Awards' Quality Licence Scheme. Your pet will be genuinely well looked after.
