I grew up with a deep affection for animals especially dogs and horses, so we always had a pet dog growing up and I rode and cared for horses from an early age at the local stables. As a teenager I worked at a dog shelter weekends and always felt I could communicate with animals. So much easier than humans!! A few years back I helped a friend who has a successful dog walking business in London and I would work a few weeks here and there when extra busy by driving to collect the dogs with her and take them out for walks and play. Occasionally I walk dogs for friends and even dog sit overnight so I thought why not start to do what you love for work so here I am. I would love to rescue a dog but Harry (my cat of 18 yrs) says no way! So that will have to wait a while.
