Hi! Although I don’t have experience as an official pet sitter, I have had my own pets since I was born including dogs, cats, small mammals and insects, so have experience with my own. I have also pet sat for family and friends before for dogs, cats and reptiles (bearded dragon and leopard gecko). I have just graduated from my undergraduate zoology degree so I am very keen to look after any and all animals given the right instruction prior! I have worked as an intern zookeeper at Chester zoo on the reptile, amphibian and insect team so I have experience with many species under that training, I have also hand reared my own cockatiel who currently lives with me :) As well as the zoo I have volunteered in a petting farm and the Blacon parade pet shop prior to university so can take the knowledge with me in my pet sitting journey too!
