I’m a hard-worker with a huge passion for animals and it’s because of that I have spent my own time and money to complete online courses such as a ‘Veterinary Support Assistant Diploma’ and I have also completed a ‘Dog Grooming Advanced Course’. I have also completed work experience with a vet in my spare time to learn more about the animal care industry. Much of my life revolves around animals and that’s where my passion lies. I’ve had a dog throughout my life and currently have a Border Collie. I’ve also had rats for the last three years and have experience caring for other small animals such as cats, mice and hamsters. I have also had experience working on a farm. I believe I am a confident person who can adapt to a variety of situations. Having worked in teaching, I am used to having to come up with quick solutions to solve problems at hand. I also know dogs and other small animals inside out. I have a passion for applying correct care to animals and I am determined to work in this industry.
