I’m 18 years old and just finished my time at Methodist College Belfast. I’m taking a gap year to explore career options and travel a bit of the world in 2023, but for now i’m eager to get as much as experience with animals especially ones I’m not familiar with. I’ve grown up with 4 dogs and 2 rabbits, but I’d love to be able to get to know other animals (because i don’t have room to own anymore myself!). I worked at Streamvale Farm for 2 years where I had lots of experience feeding and working with the farm animals, and I did 6 months work experience at Cornerstone Vets where I was able to see animals in a more vulnerable setting. I’m currently working in Dunnes Stores on the Annadale embankment.
