I contacted Polly by text messages. She said she was interested in helping with my cleaning. I arranged to meet her off the bus but she never arrived. I then arranged to pick her up from her home, again she never showed. I waited for half an hour, texting her also tried phoning her twice. I don't think this is a very professional way of offering her services. I see now she has also deleted all her replies to me on Care.com. So I would not recommend her at all.
