I have cared for pets on and off for family/ friends over the past few years. I also own two chihuahuas so i know what caring for a pet is like. Over the past few years, I have looked after sausage dogs, labrador’s, and a border terrier I have experience with temper-mental dogs. For example- my youngest chihuahua gets extremely defensive when she sees a (male) stranger enter the house. I like to take care of this by holding her until she calms down. i will never force her to interact with anyone until she is ready- And i believe that is the most effective method to introducing her to strangers.
