I have had pets my whole life since I was born. At the age of 6 I finally persuaded my mum to get me my own bunny, but she told me I had to have full responsibility or she will sell it so the bunny doesn’t suffer. It became my absolute passion to look after her. She lived for 12 years and the vet said she had never seen a bunny live that long. I proved to my mum that I could do it on my own, so we got more! I have had a Yorkshire terrier and a cat from the age of 8, but the added responsibility only made me go absolutely crazy for animals! We got more bunnies and I also added some Guinea pigs and tortoises to my collection. For my 18th I begged my parents for the dog of my dreams, a fox Pomeranian that I’ve named Bella, but we call her belly because she loves food and belly rubs :) At 19 I found a baby squirrel that was dying.. so I called him Alvin, took him home, raised him, and then released him to live a free and happy life.. and he comes back everyday since for nuts! I’m flooded with pets but it’s not enough for me. I don’t think you’ll meet anyone who is as obsessed with pets as I am, I treat them all like royalty. They’re my equals and I’d love to look after any pets you have and shower them with love :)
