I have 3 l/c chihuahuas. Have always had dogs and grown up with various dogs. No qualifications, just love dogs, my dogs are well looked after. I guess the vet could tell you I am a responsible dog owner, if a reference is required. Again I do administer any meds required by my dogs, but no certificates for it.
