I grew up with dogs and have owned dogs for most of my adult life, both bought from a breeder and rescued. Over the years I have owned 2 Dobermans, 2 Border Collies (Working stock), 2 Sprocker Spaniels, and a Labrador. I full loan a TB horse, and have been involved with horses in one way or another for over 38 years. I have experience in all aspects of basic equine care, and I’m familiar with common conditions such as laminitis and gastric ulcers. I also own a 14 year old cat who came to me six months old. I think she may be immortal. I am physically fit and able to meet the demands of looking after both large and small animals, and enjoy being outdoors.
