Hi, my name is Maria. I moved from Spain, where I've been working as a volunteer in a shelter rescuing and taking care of dogs that were living in the streets. I've always had pets at home since I was a child and I love them!  The moment on time I started living on my own I adopted two rescued cats to have good love and company at home, I'm not used to living without any pets around :) . I've taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, and a hedgehog. I've also been living with a blind Akita dog in the past, helping him to move, feeding and cuddling him, and it was a really good experience (he was a really good dog I have to say!)
