I am a mature woman who has cared for animals all my life, particularly cats and dogs. I have cats and dogs who happily live with me in my country home. I am a volunteer microchip scanner for missing pet organisations and carry out volunteer homechecks and transport for animal rescues. In my younger days I cared for animals in a zoo and worked as a veterinary nurse. I also used to have my own horses. Although I do not have any small mammals of my own now, e.g. hamsters, rats, I have experience of caring for them from my childhood and looking after my grandchildren's pets. I also used to keep tropical and coldwater fish. I am happy to care for any of these types of animal friends. I will listen very carefully to your requirements for your family pets and will care for them, with love, as if they are my own.
