Having studied a level 3 in animal management, I have now gone onto further my studies in a degree in animal management with applied science. On both courses I was taught proper handling, along with nutrition and general management. I understand how things change as cats/dogs become geriatric and the extra care they need as well as what young cats/kittens, puppies/dogs also require. I have volunteered at my local vets and am able to notice the signs of a cats and dogs in distress. In terms of reptiles, I own my leopard gecko who is now 2 years old. I understand the care for other reptiles through what I have learnt on my course.
