I have always lived with animals. Mainly dogs and cats (I currently have two 5 year old cats), but we had fish for a few years, my Grandparents have a dogs and a parrot, my nieces have a dog and hamsters and whenever I can I make sure to interact with them. I will always go out of my way to greet any animal on my way to or from somewhere. So I can happily say that I'd love to spend some time taking care of your animals, no matter what shape, size or quantity (the more the merrier). I have no professional experience pet sitting but I have a whole lot of personal experience.
