I'm a registered nurse who has always been very passionate about animal welfare. I have spent many years walking and pet sitting for my friends while not being allowed pets in my nursing accommodation. I finally live in my own house so have welcomed an elderly cat with irritable bowel disease into my family. I have experience with a wide variety of dogs, cats, rats, mice, rabbits and hamsters. I have a qualification in canine first aid and know how to administer medications (mainly due to my own cat who needs tablets daily and injections monthly). My best qualities include: empathy (the welfare of your animals always come first), communication (I will update you as frequently as desired and am always honest about my skills and restrictions), reliability (I pride myself for always being on time and ready), problem solving (understanding every pet has different needs and how to keep them safe).
