I grew up with Paddy and Molly (a border collie/Labrador cross who lived to 16! And a lurcher mix who lived to 14) Both had very high levels of energy in their youth so I’m used to long walks. My family was able to adapt to their worsening health and arthritis as they grew older, walks became challenging but we never tired their old bones out too much! I would own my own lovely dog but my landlord doesn’t allow any pets, so I have to get my dog fix elsewhere!
