I have been a dog owner for 25 years but when my last dog died two years ago, I decided to dog mind until I was ready for another dog of my own. I have walked dogs, had them as day visitors and overnight visitors, and also had dogs at my house while the owners were away working or on holiday. I have also stayed at pet owner's houses to look after their dogs while they were away, if that was their desire.
