I have grown up around animals and cared for pets throughout my life. Particularly passionate, I pursed an education in animal care and obtained a Level 3 Extended Advanced Diploma in Animal Management, at a Distinction*. This covered many topics, including but not limited to animal health, welfare, nursing and behaviour. I have also completed topics and practical experience in exotics and am also no stranger to the specific requirements of these species. In addition to my diploma, I have had much experience of working in kennels, farms, and even a veterinary practice, where I was trusted with the responsibilities of preparing pets for procedures as well as post-opp care and providing medication. I see all pets as individuals, each having their own personalities and requirements, and am capable of meeting these requirements and beyond. I enjoy training too, and have taught my rescue greyhound appropriate behaviour around other animals as well as fun and useless tricks. I am physically fit and strong and have no issues handling large and excitable pets, and have had plenty of experience with these from my work in a kennel.
