I have owned and loved pets my entire life. Growing up we had dogs, hamsters, rabbits, mice, stick insects, geckoes - almost every pet you can imagine. I was then lucky enough to loan a number of horses before buying my own sport horse. Ever since then I have been around horses day in and day out, competing, managing yards, feeding, mucking out, grooming, show turn out, and general horse care. Along with this came dog care, as almost every horse owner has a dog. There would be dogs around the yard at all times, and I have babysat for dogs throughout my life. Since living in London for six years and just moving back to Glasgow in rented flats, I have been unable to get my own dog, I am desperate to do so and look forward to purchasing a house with my partner and getting a dog, which is number 1 priority! I am extremely responsible and I am used to keeping an eye on health and safety with regards to animals, and children. I enjoy the love of every dog I see, in fact as I write this I sit in a coffee shop speaking to a neighbouring dog. I am eager to look out for dogs from all walks of life, big or small, and I care for every one whether I am simply feeding the dog, walking or dog sitting.
