I have grown up owning my own dogs along with caring for other dogs as my family would dog sit for multiple families. I believe that it is extremely important to build a strong relationship with customers and their animals in order to provide them the most exceptional care. I believe that when caring for any animal, the most important things are to be understanding and patient as ,in my experience, dogs may be anxious in new environments or around new people.
