I Helped out at many kennels as soon as I finished school with walking dogs, cleaning out and feeding as well as medication giving. I did that for about a year, then I stopped to go to bishop burton college for 2 years. My first year was Btec LvL 3 Animal Management (Behaviour and Welfare) which i passed, then I did my 2nd year which was a Diploma in Biology and I passed that as well. I did work experience in both years at a doggy day care and a Groomers where I bathed and dried them. I then went on to working in a dog walking business for a few months but then left as I wasn’t finding the pay and hours very fair. After that I tried another walking business but I left because they was giving me the worst and out the way jobs which wasn’t fair and using way to much fuel. I also did a first aid course which was for mammals and I passed with a certificate of validation. I have my own dogs which are 2 Lhasa Apso’s and a puggle, the Lhasa’s are young and puggle is elderly. I have my own car and have seatbelts for dogs and a carrier too, I’m DBS checked and 19 years old.
