Having grown up with pets always in the family house, it's not unfamiliar to me when it comes to taking care of them. Whilst always being around dogs and cats, I've have experience with other small pets. I love the outdoors and hiking but anecdotally, it's always much more enjoyable when you have a furry friend to share your company with.
