I am currently an international student, from America, studying English Language and Literature at the University of Leeds, and I feel most homesick when I think about how far away my pets are. I have been caring for animals of all kinds since I was seven years old, whether through pet-sitting for friends and neighbours or tending to my own pets. Growing up, I developed such an adoration and appreciation for their unique personalities and needs. I have a lot of experience with dogs, having grown up with three of my own, of all ages and kinds of care. I have also experience with small mammals, including guinea pigs, hedgehogs, hamsters, and rabbits, each of which requires their own specific handling and environment. I know the importance of creating a comfortable and loving environment for animals, whether through socialisation, entertainment, companionship, or simply ensuring they feel safe and well-cared for in their owner’s absence. My love for animals and dedication to their happiness makes me a dependable pet-sitter who treats every pet with the same care and affection as my own.
