I am a third-year Sport and Exercise Science student at Swansea University with a passion for exercise, fitness, nutrition, and well-being. I have a significant amount of experience in customer-focused roles as I enjoy working as part of a team, motivating, and supporting others. I am conscientious, pay attention to detail and have excellent inter-personal and organising skills. During my gap year, I took a break from education to broaden my life experiences, achieve greater independence and confidence, and create time to evaluate my personal and professional orientation.
