Experienced and knowledgeable animal carer I have handled a wide spectrum of breeds as a dog owner and walker. My present best friend is a retired Greyhound called Phoenix and in the past I have worked gundogs. Most of my pet care work is undertaken alongside housekeeping work and therefore I take less dog walking jobs on, preferring to walk them on a one to one basis where I can give them my full attention. I enjoy dogs that pull as using positive reinforcement, I have developed a real knack for heel training. I have a responsible attitude to dog walking and you may be assured that if your dog struggles with recall, I will not jeapordise their safety by allowing them off leash. With a degree in Wildlife Conservation, I have extensive experience in the hanling of both wild and domesticated animals, from sheep, to, birds, to snakes and chinchillas. I have kept Gerbils, mice, rats, hamsters, freshwater fish, cat's and a bearded dragon. I have a real passion for the aquisition of accurate knowledge and if I encounter a species or breed I am not experienced with you can guarantee I will obtain the most scientifically valid facts upon its husbandry and behaviour and inform you if I notice anything untoward.
