Ellie responded quickly to my job posting as I needed a cat sitter at short notice. She was friendly and helpful on the phone and came to visit free of charge prior to booking. She has a very caring attitude towards cats and this was really reassuring as I have a rescue cat. Plan to use again and would easily recommend. Anabelle
