I have cared for and owned border collies for most of my adult life. I possess good understanding of dog behaviour and how to manage behaviour and health. I have also cared for rabbits. I completed a level 2 qualification in dog grooming in 2023 and I plan to partake in a dog first aid course with ipet in April 2024 I am of sound character and have an affinity with animals, especially dogs. I would treat your pet as I would treat my own but adhere to your directions. My work history is based on local authority employment in the caring sector and I have been subjected to numerous DBS checks over a 25 year period. I have personal insurance to cover me and protect within this role. I remain registered as a social worker but do not intend continuing this practice and have left the profession to pursue more mindful and purposeful activities.
