My only job at the moment is dog sitting/walking, so I take it very seriously. I have completed my Dog Walking and Pet Sitting diploma with New Skills Academy. I currently look after one dog on a regular basis, he is a Jack Russell Terrier called Kobe. He stays at my house five nights a week, every fortnight. Kobe is 10 years old and has epilepsy, this means he has some medications that I have to administer orally. I look after many other dogs on a less regular basis, such as the pack of 4 dogs that I sit in Littlehampton each time their owner goes on holiday or pops back to Ireland to see his family. And of course there’s the one off clients who just need their dog looked after for a day while they’re busy. I have such a passion for dogs and this is the only job I’ve truly enjoyed, each day doesn’t feel like work but more like a blessing.
