I love animals and have a natural affinity with them. They take to me, likewise. I grew up with dogs, my own, and taking responsibility for them was ingrained from an early age. (I even considered becoming a dog handler in the police at one point in my life.) I now live in Torbay, and am enjoying exploring the area and its many beaches, parks, and nature walks. It would be nice to do so with a canine companion. I can't have a dog of my own, owing to renting a property and the landlord's rules, so offering my time as a dog sitter / pet carer is the next best thing. I'm a former police officer, now a private tutor in English, so am trustworthy, have lots of free time and flexibility, and patience.
