I grew up on a small farm in the New Forest surrounded by both farm animals (sheep, pigs, cows & horses) as well as dogs, cats, chickens and ducks. I have also worked summers at a neighbouring bigger farm for many years helping out with a herd of White Park Cattle as well as volunterred at the Screech owl Sanctuary and Animal Park here in Cornwall. I love spending time with all types of animals and couldn't imagine my life without them, spending time enjoying the outside with the accompnayment or a happy furry friend is one of my all time favourite things.
