I am a zoology student at University of Reading, and have experience working in Zoos with various exotic and domestic species. I have cared for primates, aquatic species (mudskipper, various fish and stingrays) and various reptile species, including snakes (carpet pythons, royal pythons, emerald tree boas, button snakes and egg-eater snakes), Iguanas, leopard geckos, water dragons, turtles and tortoises. I have also worked with various birds, including Ficher's turacos, shamas, crested partridges and yellow-knobbed curassows. On the domestic side, I have cared for cats, dogs, sheep and goats. All animals I have cared for include the following duties: feeding, playing, implementing training techniques, cleaning/grooming and checking welfare/for any signs of distress (including shedding progress for the reptiles that shed), and attending the vet where necessary.
