I am particularly intrigued to help with animal care not only because it is related to my wildlife conservation university course, but also because I spent the summer in Singapore as a pet sitter and in Bali working at animal rescue centres and stray dog shelters. These work experiences were quite rewarding, as they taught me about general animal care, such as husbandry, feeding, cleaning, and grooming activities done for animals to maintain their well-being and health. These skills and experiences have also taught me to be incredibly organised and successful at completing duties on time in order to ensure the well-being of others, which I believe will be useful in assisting the animals
