I have had my own dogs since 1978, the last of which passed away recently. My dogs have included a Labrador, an Irish Wolfhound and a Beagle. I have looked after the dogs of relatives too, from Spaniels to Rottweilers; from various terriers to German Shepherds. I have in addition many years' experience with cats, as both an owner, as well as a sitter / groomer. My current cat is a female Tortie, doing all she can to affirm their reputation... I have also taken part in animal care programmes in the SEN environment, e.g. whilst working in ASD Residential units.
