I currently own a 3.5 year old cat named Dawson and have had him since he was 5 months old. I grew up with dogs and cats so have been around them my whole life. I have dog sat and cat sat for the past 4 years while living in Canada. I am comfortable taking dogs for walks and doing day sitting or over night sitting.
