Most importantly, I am honest, reliable and have a great empathy with animals. As I was formerly married to a vet, I gained much experience in assisting with operations and the after care of animals. Throughout my life I have owned cats, dogs, rabbits as well as a tortoise whom I have cared for the past 42 years! I cannot imagine my life without animals and I care deeply about their welfare. I detest neglect or any form of cruelty towards animals. Animals give so much pleasure, companionship and loyalty. I would enjoy so much caring for animals when their owners are away and walking dogs would be a pleasure when owners are unable to do so as I very much enjoy walking myself. I currently have a couple of dogs I walk when their owners require me to do so. I’m happy to feed your cat when you are away also. In the past I have done these jobs for friends unpaid. As I am a retired teacher I now have time to devote to the care of animals.
