Hi, my name is Abbie. I am a lover of all animals who has grown up with all manor of pets including dogs, cats, small mammals and currently also have a 14 year old tortoise. I would love to spend more time with them. I have a HNC in animal care including modules of animal first aid, behaviour, nutrition and grooming. Through this I have been involved in the care of larger animals such as donkeys and pigs as well as small mammals, birds and reptiles. I have also volunteered with dogs and have a good understanding of body language. I have also had six weeks work experience in veterinary work and I am happy to give medications and work with animals who have additional needs. I have recently finished university and would love to fill some time with dogs, cats and many other animals, though I do rely on public transport so I may have limitations here. I am also happy to do daycare within the owners home which isn’t a listed option
