I have been in the official pet sitting business for 18 months now, with several repeat clients, however have been looking after my close friends multiple animals when she goes away for years. This includes 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, and 11 fish! I've had cats since I was little and currently have a 3 year old tabby called Babs. Babs is a little madam and keeps me on my toes! She shouts constantly, goes wherever she likes and does exactly as she pleases, especially if it will inconvenience me or her grandad. I am happy to just pop in and give food if they're a bit more independent like mine, but I know my sister's cats miss the company when she's away so I am very happy to spend a little longer with anyone who has separation anxiety while you're away! Whether they're after a couple of treats or a bit of attention to settle them down, I'll stay as long or as short as you both would like me to. With dog walking, that is entirely down to you as the owner and how long your pup usually likes to go out for. I am (reasonably!) fit and I am happy to go for longer walks, I am happy to discuss whatever works for you both.
