Hi! My name is Zoe and I am an Australian exchange student currently living in Cardiff. I have not specifically had a housekeeping role in the past, but have extensive experience in hospitality, working in bars, restaurants and mainly Novotel Hotel. In these positions, I have gained skills in cleaning such as floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping and sweeping), dishwashing, organising and even laundry whilst working in a hotel. I have worked in hospitality since I began working at age 15, I am adaptable, efficient and practical.
