Zdravka is extremely punctual, she works tirelessly hard for us and always with a smile and enthusiasm. She is excellent with the kids, and very patient considering they undo all of her hard work! She is working hard at improving her English which is the only area we struggle a bit! We would thoroughly recommend her for a housekeeping role.
