I am a very caring and genuine individual. I have worked with disabled adults of various ages and abilities for 28 years and have much experience supporting each individual with dignity and respect by providing personal care and performing household tasks according to their wishes. I am warm and professional and always go 'the extra mile' to ensure customer satisfaction, including respecting and valuing the person I am helping. I have undertaken a number of different jobs in the past from working as a cleaner in hotels to cleaning in residential care as part of my residential support worker role and even as part of my role as a manager of day services, to cover for staff holidays and sickness. I also kept my elderly mother's home clean and well maintained up until she moved in with me recently. I work hard and to a high standard. I work quickly and efficiently and take a pride in my work.
