That means we don't only clean carpets for appearance's sake but also for health and hygiene reasons too. We use hot water extraction, which is more effective and includes pre-treatment for stains. END OF TENANCY  Is to make both tenant and landlord satisfied. We use an end of tenancy checklist to ensure your property is given very thorough clean and is left in a state for the next tenant. Of course, if you have any specific request or instructions just let us know in advance, and the team will handle the rest. Please note that carpet, windows, oven, fridge-freezer cleaning and any external area(patios, gardens, external staircases, parking spaces, balconies, terraces) are not including in the price.
