Paula was heaven-sent! A confident, relaxed lady that got on with the tasks at hand without problems. You can tell when someone understands housework and is experienced. I enjoyed talking to her and finding out about her life and dreams. When the work was done, I asked her if she fancied doing some ironing for extra money. I left it up to her to manage her time, as I had to get on with some cooking, and she went above and beyond, not wishing to leave anything un-ironed. How can you not appreciate such a person? She is a gem of a lady and speaks English perfectly. Based on today's interaction, I would not hesitate to recommend her!
